A gentle cadence of live connection and soulful integration.
The Spirit Joy Collective moves in a sacred rhythm—one that honors both your need for connection and your need for space. Each month flows through a cycle of live gatherings and self-guided practices, designed to support your healing, expansion, and embodiment.
We gather live on Tuesdays at 2:00 PM Atlantic Time (on select weeks) for deep-dive Zoom sessions. These are heartful circles—part teaching, part reflection, part soul fuel.
Here’s how we move together:
Week 1: Soul Coaching Circle (Live on Zoom) Deep coaching and collective reflection. These heartful circles include space for Lingerlust mentoring and soul-aligned guidance.
Week 2: Masterclass + Journaling Ritual (Live or Pre-recorded) A focused teaching from me—or a guest teacher—on themes like the Akashic Records, energetic healing, or the art of manifestation. Paired with soul-led prompts to integrate the wisdom into your daily life.
Week 3: Energy Healing Circle (Live on Zoom) Somatic unwinding, guided visualization, or energetic attunement. A space to soften, release, and simply receive.
Week 4: Integration Week (No new teachings) Spaciousness. Time to rest, revisit practices, or simply be. You may receive a small gift—a playlist, a voice note, or a card pull—but there’s no expectation. Just exhale.
All live gatherings are recorded, and all content is yours to revisit in your own rhythm. Whether you show up on camera or stay in your cocoon, this space is here for you.
