Hi, I’m Crystal.

For most of my life, I was a scientist.

I built companies. I became the CEO of a medical technology company. I raised millions of dollars, travelled the world, led teams, solved problems and checked quite a few of the boxes we’re told are supposed to make for a successful life.

And yet, somewhere along the way, I found myself asking a question that I think many women eventually ask:

Is this really it?

Not because my life was bad.

It wasn’t.

But because I had this growing sense that there was something more.

More meaning.
More connection.
More of me that I hadn't yet discovered.

And as strange as it might sound coming from someone who had spent her life grounded in science, I found myself becoming increasingly curious about spirituality.

About energy.

About intuition.

About why certain experiences seemed to keep repeating themselves in our lives.

About those beautiful synchronicities that sometimes seem far too perfect to be coincidence.

And perhaps most of all...

I became curious about what happens when we stop looking outside ourselves for all the answers and begin journeying within.

That curiosity changed the direction of my life.

Over the years, I studied spirituality, energy healing, personal development, coaching, manifestation and the connection between our inner world and the lives we create.

I trained as a coach and spiritual practitioner.

I learned to listen differently — to myself, to my intuition and to the wisdom of my own soul.

And eventually, all of those experiences became the foundation for my book, Lingerlust: Your Guide to Spiritual Awakening, Inner Healing & Fulfillment.

But writing Lingerlust made something else very clear to me.

Knowing something and living it are two very different things.

You can read a beautiful book about trusting yourself...

…and still second-guess yourself when you have a big decision to make.

You can understand the importance of boundaries...

…and still walk away from a room full of people feeling completely drained.

You can believe in intuition...

…and still wonder whether that quiet voice you're hearing is actually intuition or simply fear.

You can know that you want a more meaningful, purpose-driven life...

…and still have absolutely no idea what you're supposed to do next.

And you can be deeply spiritually curious while also thinking:

How do I actually bring all of this into my everyday life?

That question became increasingly important to me.

Because I don't believe spirituality is something that should exist only on a meditation cushion, inside a book, or during a retreat.

I believe it can become part of how we live.

How we make decisions.

How we care for our energy.

How we heal.

How we trust ourselves.

How we navigate relationships.

How we create.

And ultimately, how we become the women we know, somewhere deep inside, we are meant to be.

That’s why I created the Spirit Joy Collective.

I wanted to create the kind of space I wish more women had when they begin asking these questions.

A grounded place to explore spirituality and personal growth without feeling like you need to have all the answers.

A place where you can learn, reflect, ask questions and receive guidance.

A place where you can explore your energy, your intuition, your purpose and the patterns and beliefs that may be shaping your life.

And perhaps most importantly, a place where you don't have to do all of that alone.

Because one of the things I've learned from working with women — and from my own journey — is that spiritual and personal growth can sometimes feel surprisingly lonely.

You begin changing.

You start questioning things you've believed for years.

Certain relationships or ways of living may no longer feel quite right.

You sense that you're being called toward something more...

…but the people around you don't necessarily understand what you're experiencing.

Sometimes you don't completely understand what you're experiencing.

And that's when having a community matters.

Not because anyone else has the answers for you.

I don't believe they do.

But because sometimes we need people around us who are willing to walk beside us while we discover those answers for ourselves.

That is what I want the Spirit Joy Collective to be.

Each month, we'll explore a theme connected to personal and spiritual growth through our Monthly Theme Activation.

We'll combine teaching with reflection, spiritual practices, energy work and healing experiences so you have an opportunity to explore what that month's theme actually means in your life.

Then we'll come together again for our Spirit Joy Coaching Circle, where you'll have the opportunity to receive live coaching and personalized guidance around whatever you're navigating.

You'll also have The Lingerlust Lounge, our private members-only community, so the conversation and support don't end when the Zoom call does.

And at the heart of the Collective is the complete Lingerlust course, along with a digital copy of the book and a growing library of spiritual and personal-development resources.

Because Lingerlust may have begun as a book...
